At The Card Bar, we take pride in providing high-quality sports cards and collectibles. Due to the highly volatile and collectible nature of this industry, all sales are considered final, and we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed and processed.

This policy is in place because market values for trading cards and collectibles can fluctuate rapidly, and product integrity (such as sealed boxes, packs, or graded cards) must be preserved to maintain authenticity and value.

Order Cancellations

We understand that mistakes can happen. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment; however, all approved cancellations will be subject to a 5% processing fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution where applicable.

Shipping Responsibility

The Card Bar is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers. We recommend selecting tracked and insured shipping options where available for added peace of mind.
